How to Keep Your Heart Brave, and a Dose of Togetherness

Person sits on rock edge over a cliff drop in the fog. Text: How to Keep Your HEart Brave

Last week I asked for audience questions to help me hear what would be helpful for you. I'm grateful for this one, it turns out I needed it, too. I don't think I knew my answer until I started saying it. That's why this work is useful for me. My hope is it keeps you company, or lends some encouragement. But for me, your listening helps connect me to a wiser part of myself. I can lose her voice in the din. There are answers rattling around in there, but I cannot always find them alone. I need the question and a place to put the answer.

These episodes run a little longer as I tackle ideas that are either more complex, or just so new I'm unpracticed in converting them to language. But this one feels like one of the most important ones in this series, the kind I usually save for our Weekenders. I know I'll be returning to this day by day, and sometimes moment by moment.

It makes me think some of us might need Seeing Sessions right now. I don't generally hang my shingle out for this, but I do have this move. If you hear me talking about having path-lighting words to come back to and you're not sure you have something like this for yourself, maybe we should chat. There’s a contact form below.

It's also possible you have everything you need, and you're being returned to the deep and ancient within you. Agreements you made before coming earthside. (You know--the ones you're always trying to forget.) It might be time for a Great Remembrance. Certainly it is time for Brave Hearts, and I'm beyond grateful to have yours beside me.
