2023

  • Directed, produced and edited a series of videos demostrating Close Reading of primary sources, with ASL versions, for the NYC Civil Rights History Project.

  • Our team at DFI Media collaborated with LEAP on a series of videos including LEAP: Our Story (short) and LEAP: a Deeper Look.

  • On location, documentary interviews with faculty and students at Teachers College, gathering perspectives about the use of Large Language Models in education.

  • “Columbia University’s Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is a certificate series aimed at developing the mindset, skillset, and toolset of individual contributors and managers growing into a leadership role.”

  • A 20-part interview series for BERC addressing the questions: “Why Black Studies? Why New York? Why now?”

2022

  • Co-created and co-hosted the “How’s School?” Podcast with Joe Riina-Ferrie.

  • Recorded the episode, “Secretary Tom Vilsack Reimagines Food Policy” for Food with Mark Bittman in Macy Studios.

  • Scholarly Media microsite for Teachers College, Columbia University.

  • An introductory video for BERC about creating the first interdisciplinary, K-12 Black Studies Curriculum for New York City public schools, the largest district in the nation.

  • Video course content collaboration with Professor Jacqueline Simmons exploring key principles of curriculum design.

  • A live workshop and asynchronous resources created for Teachers College faculty, staff and students.

  • Production support for CURRENTS, an original podcast from The Edmund W. Gordon Institute for Urban and Minority Education.

2021

  • Documentary interviews with faculty about their experiences teaching during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.

  • Five Teachers College faculty reflect on one thing from all that we’ve learned and experienced since March 2020 that they want to make sure we don’t forget.

  • Documentary interviews with Teachers College faculty, filmed in Macy Studios.

  • Macy Studios, a World War II-era broadcasting center inside Teachers College with a large studio, a mid-sized one, and a control room, received much-needed updates, becoming a key part of the media infrastructure at the school.

2020

2019

  • GATHER (Finalist, Cape Cod International Film Festival) released in a livestream debut–allowing an international audience to interact with members of the cast and crew.

  • Let Yourself Be official music video: directed by Jen Lee, featuring Natasha Reilly-Moynihan, filmed by Amy Grumbling. Music produced and recorded by Liam Davis with help from Geoff Michael. Song written and performed by Anne Heaton.

  • The Shape Changer, a short film featuring Potter Aguero, debuts at the Art Slope Film Festival.

  • Ride in the Rain official music video for Natalia Zukerman by EASEL. Written and performed by Natalia Zukerman. Also featuring Mona Tavakoli and Craig Akin. Filmed on location in Woodstock, NY. Engineered, mixed, and mastered by Mark Dunn at Mark Dunn Recording Studio.

  • Appeared as a panelist with Tim Manley at the DOC NYC Festival: Podcasting 101 Boot Camp

  • The Women Who Rode Away: Filmed on location in Woodstock, NY. Featuring Natalia Zukerman and her team as they record the album.

2018

  • Our team worked with Simon & Schuster author Laura Sims to create engaging promotional materials for the launch of her book, LOOKER. Featured in The New Yorker, PEOPLE Magazine, and Vogue.

2017

  • Just Between You & Me: In these candid conversations, co-writers and friends, Jen Lee and Tim Manley, share weekly thoughts about art-making and the creative life. 80 episodes.

2016

  • The final cut of BRIGHT LIGHTS documentary. As live storytelling grows into a cultural phenomenon, six performers share their journey into its spotlight.

  • Movies for Makers is a web show for artists and makers who want to take the first step in learning how to make videos by themselves for their creative businesses. Created in partnership with Zach Wolfson and Infusion5.

  • Finding Your Voice course is adapted and developed for Brave Girl University online portal.

  • Joined dozens of instructors around the country to bring virtual classes and workshops to writers and creatives.

2015

  • A year of art and friendship captured by filmmaker Jen Lee and The Feels web series co-creator Tim Manley. Chronicling a year with big debuts and all that followed, The 10 Letters Project is available via your local independent bookstore or on Amazon.

  • Inspired by the book, writers at SEVEN Magazine begin the 10 Letters Project.

  • A day with Michigan makers included a screening of INDIE KINDRED, followed by a Q&A with featured singer/songwriter Anne Heaton, and an introduction to The 10 Letters Project.

  • Creating & Connecting: a 10 Letters Project LIVE event in Indianapolis, IN.
