Morning, Sunshine: A YouTube Series


A new offering, in two parts. Part one: Morning, Sunshine. A short and sweet place to begin the day. A thought or intention, a greeting, a candid touch-base from my heart to yours.

New episodes will release on our YouTube channel Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8am EST. The best way to follow along is to subscribe to the channel, and click the button with the bell if you'd like notifications when new videos arrive.

That's a small bite, for you and anyone you know who could use a little Good Morning in their life.

Coming Soon: Weekenders

Part two is Weekenders, which releases on Friday and is more of a full meal. These resources are designed to fit into your pockets of rest, whatever day they land on, and offer good company. Sometimes we are afraid to slow down because we can't remember what to do with ourselves in that state. Weekenders gives you ideas to muse on, a friendly face and voice by your side, recipes to nourish your body and practices to make sure that time has a restorative quality.
